We do a 30-minute call. You show me what your week looks like and what's taking the most time. After that, I access your Google account (you give me access, I don't have it by default), build the automations, test them, and walk you through everything before going live. Most setups are fully done within a week.
Personal Gmail works for most of it. A few things (like shared calendar triggers or multi-user setups) work better with a Workspace account, but I'll tell you upfront if that applies to you. Most solo users and foreninger are fine with what they have.
