1. Who we are

Rhynoflow is operated by Deng Awak, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. CVR registration is pending.

Rhynoflow is the data controller for any personal information you share with us directly through this website or by email. For questions about this policy or how your data is handled, reach us at hello@rhynoflow.com.

2. What data we collect

We keep this minimal. The only personal data we collect is what you give us directly:

Your name and email address, when you fill in the contact form or book a call
Any details you include in your message about your business or what you need

We do not use tracking pixels. We do not run third-party advertising. We do not deploy analytics tools that fingerprint or profile visitors.

We do not collect, access, or store any data from your Google account, including your emails, calendar events, documents, or files. That data never touches our systems.

3. How we use your data

Your contact details are used for two things only:

To respond to your inquiry
To deliver the service you have hired us for

We will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent. We will not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Where your data lives

Rhynoflow builds automations inside your own Google Workspace account using Google Apps Script. Your emails, calendar events, documents, and business data never leave your Google account. We do not store any of it on our servers.

Contact information you submit through this website (name, email, your message) is stored in Google Workspace tools we use to manage client communication. This stays within Google's infrastructure and is covered by Google's data processing terms.

We keep your contact information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or deliver the service. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Third parties

We use a small number of tools to run this service:

Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Apps Script): used to build and deliver automations, and to manage client communication. Google Privacy Policy
Cal.com: used for booking calls. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, and selected time. Cal.com Privacy Policy

These are the only third-party services involved. No advertising networks, no analytics platforms, no data brokers.

6. Your rights under GDPR

If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: ask us what data we hold about you
Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate data
Deletion: ask us to delete your data
Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data
Portability: request a copy of your data in a portable format
Objection: object to processing of your data in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rhynoflow.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to make it work. No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, nothing that follows you around the web.

The Cal.com booking embed may set its own cookies when you interact with it. Those are governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy.

You can disable cookies in your browser at any time. It will not affect your ability to use this site.
