Last updated: March 2026Rhynoflow builds and maintains Google Apps Script automations inside your own Google Workspace account. All the work happens within your existing Google environment. We do not host your data, run external servers on your behalf, or touch anything outside of what we agree on together.
Access to the automations we build for you, ongoing maintenance, and fixes if something breaks. The specific setup is agreed on your onboarding call before work begins. If your needs change, we sort it out together.
No auto-charges. Ever. You receive a manual invoice by email each month, payable by MobilePay or bank transfer within 14 days. Your first payment only happens after you have confirmed the setup is live and working.

You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@rhynoflow.com. No notice period required, no hoops to jump through. There are no refunds on the current month's invoice if work has already been done.
All automations we built stay in your Google account after you cancel. They are yours. We do not remove or disable anything.
To build and maintain your automations, we need access to your Google account. You grant that access yourself, and you can revoke it at any time from your Google account settings. You remain the owner and controller of all your data at all times. We only use access for the work you have hired us to do.
We build carefully and maintain what we build. That said, Google can change its APIs, update infrastructure, or introduce breaking changes outside our control. If something stops working, we will fix it quickly. We are not liable for downstream business impact caused by Google platform changes or unexpected interruptions.
All data stays in your Google account. We do not store, sell, or access your business data after setup is complete. For the full picture on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms. We will not reduce your rights without clear notice.
